The staff seemed genuinely helpful and tried to make things right. The room had a good layout and was very spacious, but there were issues with cleanliness that I couldn't overlook. The location was convenient, near restaurants and stores.

When I am in Covington, I like staying here. This good budget hotel offers plenty of reasonably priced and well-organised rooms. Its location is quiet and decent, very close to Covington for, the main square of Covington and shops, peaceful area. Again, it's 3 miles from Oxford Historic District. The property has super-friendly and helpful staff.

Great choice for weekend. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in the room.

The room was clean, and the fridge and microwave were lifesavers for late-night snacks. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. Plus, the nearby golf course was perfect for a family outing.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly breakfast options. A few games or activities would really brighten up the mornings for families.

Staff was very friendly, responsive (light bulb needed replacing) and helpful. Location was quiet (we stayed on the back side). Rooms were large (we had a king). Our bed was very comfortable and the spread was a good weight. Not something that slides off the bed and feels like a sheet. Owners are working on improving the appearance. They were working on the landscaping while we were there.

If you don't like a lot of carbs for breakfast fruit is you only choice. While the supply of towels was great and they were happy to supply more, a little better quality would have made my bathing experience better. I know that they were sprucing the place up but the furniture outside gave the place an unappealing first impression.

The walls were very thin and we could hear everything in the other rooms. There was a party next door. My husband and I did not sleep at all because of this. I will not be back at this hotel.

The room was clean and comfy. The pet-friendly policy was a big plus. It had a great location near attractions. I enjoyed the quick check-in process 🐾

Large room and bathroom, friendly front desk staff, convenient location, good Wi-Fi.

Tub/Jacuzzi was dirty, coffee pot did not work, towels were dingy.

The price it was one price when i booked online at Booked.net and when i went the it was another price.ask the owner she didn't give me an answer.very disappointed

Clean room and pet-friendly. Wi-Fi was spotty, but check-in was quick.

Carpet smelled, musky smell in room, bedding smelled musky.

I liked the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The large bath being open to the whole room. That is the whole reason we got the room so I would be able to soak in the tub. This of course didn't happen because there was no privacy.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was great that they allowed my service dogs. Check-in was quick, and the staff was very accommodating.

Older motet. Not top of line facility. Comforter on bed had holes. Bath towels were here worn and thin.
